Le KHIDO “Voie de l’énergie harmonieuse” est une Association à but non lucratif régie sous la Loi de 1901, créée en 1985, existant officiellement depuis 1990. Elle est affiliée à la Fédération Française de Karaté et Disciplines Associées.

Quelle est la différence entre les Arts Martiaux et le KHIDO?

Le KHIDO est une Evolution des Arts Martiaux, qui privilégie le fond, sans attacher d’importance aux formes car toute forme est bonne.

Quel bénéfice retire-t-on du KHIDO?

Une meilleure compréhension de Soi qui permet de mieux gérer son quotidien.

Avec la pratique d’un autre sport, y a-t-il une compatibilité ou une incompatibilité avec le KHIDO?

Aucune incompatibilité, au contraire : car une meilleure Connaissance de Soi permet d’accroître Son Potentiel.

Comment devenir membre?

- Vous êtes affilié(e) à la FFKDA, vous ne réglez que des frais d’inscription au KHIDO avec votre numéro de licence.
- Vous n’êtes pas affilié(e) à la FFKDA, vous réglez des frais d’inscription (assurance comprise) et de cotisation au KHIDO muni de votre certificat médical datant de moins de deux mois pour participer aux activités physiques du KHIDO.

Avez-vous une tenue vestimentaire spécifique?

Ce n’est pas une obligation mais c’est possible, notamment pour les instructeurs, par respect de l’environnement dans lequel ils peuvent évoluer. Des tenues sont appropriées pour votre bien-être, votre aisance (kimonos, survêtement…).

Organisez vous des stages en France ou à l’Etranger? Peut-on planifier plusieurs dates?

Oui, des stages de KHIDO sur le plan National et International sont proposés pour tous types de Disciplines ou d’Ecoles d’Arts Martiaux, à titre individuel ou collectif, quelque soit le niveau, mais aussi pour des Sports Collectifs tels que le Football ou autres … Merci de nous contacter (voir notre page CONTACT).
